Ado
..... went to visit my friend Adolfus today at Chelmsford YMCA.
I met with the Chief Executive, Rowena, and she briefed me on the many developments in the Youth Work and Child Care Programmes. Great work they do.
Afterwards a treat. Ado took me to his home to meet with Anetha his wife and their new arrival ........ six weeks old Adrian. Beautiful to hold him, see his jet black hair, his active eyes and his beauty ............
Adolfus also has his Mother over from India - supporting the family cause in these early weeks around the birth.. She had the challenge of cooking the Indian lunch. Ado said she was nervous because she had never cooked a meal for a white person before. I felt like a King.
So here I was with a toned down spicy dish or five or six dishes-!! (They eat it really hot and Ado advised that it was turned down to suit the English palate.)

I feel privileged, honoured, blessed and beautiful.
It was good to talk with Ado about his work, Richard back in India, his role as After School Child Care Manager and training etc..
