.. this is Emanuel who writes for an Albanian Newspaper based in London.
He was one of of many who came to us as traumatised refugees fleeing from the horrors of genocide in that region, in 1998/99, and lived with us in the YMCA for a period.
So many humans like this stumbled in - and settled with us - bearing the shock of coming into a strange country with no English language and desperate for acceptance and support.
He is a great man.
We have been friends since than and is writing a few articles about the experience ........... I will dig out he one he has sent me recently .......
