5 am

................. I drive out of London town and hit the M25 Motorway - sometimes called a car park.
Connecting to satellites
and my iPod
I head for the M1 - the backbone of England.

My peppermint tea in the holder
My smoothie in my hand
I drive into the emerging light of the day.
I love this music.

Heat full on to warm my chilly legs as I am still in shorts - retaining the summer.
Busy roads even at this time
Some humans do this daily.
in high volume
I love this music.

I was in bed four and a half hours
why did I wake every hour?
But now I am relaxed
in my 10 year old Nissan
all is well
and I love this music.

The green and pleasant land flashes by
exceeding the speed limit
escaping London before the car park gets full
The well watered fields are shrouded in a layer of mist
fluffy clouds
candy floss
Later I would be able to see more of it
I would be then in within the speed limit
below it
listening to this music I love.

I am heading for Derbyshire
Derby London Road
guided by satellites
sipping my peppermint tea
and I love the challenge of the day
and this music.

Three days there
in three weeks
working with young humans
I love em
and the music.

Maximum participation
involvement
so they present themselves
experts every one
in their own lives
they warm to a Level Five experience
with music
I love this music.

100%
I give
the passion is natural
the design was heart retching
the ground not so fertile
but wondrous like a shrub-land
then it is opening time
faces change to real
words of molten mercury
flow mingled down
rich beyond compare these beautiful humans
music to my soul ...............
