When I was in the USA over the new year I talked with a few beautiful humans about their political scene.

Both the couples we were with, so good to be with - and Julie Benson - beautiful, all separately told us that they were keen on Barack Obama.
I asked questions and had little to say - what do I know about American politics!!

When I got home I read a Guardian article about the man and have kept it since.
It interested me because he interests me.
He could be the next President.
I am beginning to hope ........

Have a read here.

This morning I awoke designing a game/exercise/activity to use with a Youth Group this week.
I want this activity to be experiential - life changing,
but also
'motion changes emotion'.
I am desiring to get these young humans moving, having fun, shaking their butt.
It needs to be active.

Then my mind roved the materials I could use.
I need to use the floor as a tool.
I went to Masking Tape, Toilet Roll, Silk Tape but ended up with a rope.
A rope because it can be rolled up and it feels good to use.
The game is called Kiss Rope .............. you may see it appear in these pages one day.

Super Tuesday
..... for me is putting the rubbish out for the bin-men.
Leading a course about managing conflict/violence and aggression.
And dose of London Underground - the Tube.

Why am I afraid to tell you who I am ............
because, if I tell you who I am, and you don't like who I am,
that is all I have.

You can tell me who you are
because everything
everything
I will love you with everything.

"Grace strikes us when we walk through the dark valley of an empty and
meaningless life…when, year after year, the longed for perfection does
not appear, when the old compulsions rage within us as they have for
decades, when despair destroys all joy and courage. Sometimes at that
moment a ray of light breaks into our darkness, and it is as though a
voice were saying,
‘ You are accepted.
You are accepted,
accepted by that which is greater than you,
and the name of which you do not know.
Do not ask for the name now; perhaps you will find it later.
Do not do anything now; perhaps later you will do much.
Do not seek anything,
do not perform anything, do not intend anything.
Simply accept the fact that you are accepted.’

If that happens to us, we experience grace."
