I am currently downloading Newsnight from last Wednesday.
Newsnight is the late night heavy end of news analysis on UK TV.
That evening it showed, maybe, the worst images of war that I have seen.
We have seen some major ones in recent years.
Iraq, Kosovo, Afghanistan and more.
But this was really close up and personal.
Georgia under attack. Children just shot.
Their Mother being helped out of a car, shot up bad.

I am capturing this footage because I do facilitation about violence.
This programme material will show us comfortable westerners what it is like.
Feelings need to be disturbed in training.
Reality needs to come into the gut,
not just concepts and policies into the head.

I have been tied up and I will not even be going to see the Saints in London tomorrow.
They are playing at the Twickenham Stoop against the Quins.
A big match against on-form apponants.

Joyce has been with us.
She suffers from dementia and her memory is poor.
One morning this wee, she asked Joan 'what do I do now'.
She had forgotten how to get dressed.
The most repeated word at Wilson Mansions this week is
China.
She asks where the TV Olympics is many many times a day.

Greenbelt is on my mind.
I am not doing much but if you can come to my sessions - fab.
There is so much to undress the soul.
And the MP3's afterwards will make your life regenerated.
Even if you are at Greenbelt.
Even if your name is Pip Wilson.

you are beautiful
