I am always reflective at airport and in flight.
I notice more apple macs at airports now.
Commuting through London I do other things
read, prep, Guardian, more immediate.

The train DLR took me past Silvertown way.
When we first came to London we walked along there with Ann in the pram.
it was horrific.
A hive of urban activity and mad drivers/trucks feeding the industry.
Today I saw it as ghost town
derelict buildings
fenced off pubs and cafs
... left behind.

Battery gone in my swatch
stink
and I cannot find one at these small town airports.
I am stuck on noon.

I have decided that I facilitate experiences
for self
for others
To encourage humans to take step for their own development
body mind spirit.

My window side elbow is always cold on planes.

I see white landscapes as I fly
- White airports
- White laden snow ploughs
- I see clouds below
they are like dishwater
because below
there is a whiter than white landscape.
The water is grey too - the land so white.

I am residing in a place called beautiful.
I am not referencing the scenery.
It is the beautiful humans ...........................
