This will be special.
Advance notice.
TV with soul.

Everyone should have body confidence,
(from Channel four website)
and Gok Wan is determined to prove it.
For this How to Look Good Naked three-part special,
coming to Channel 4 (starting 19th January 2010),
he meets three women with zero body confidence
and who each have a disability.

Di is 54 and lost her sight at the age of 28
following penicillin poisoning in her teens.
As the UK's first blind magistrate,
Di doesn't want to be seen as
the little old blind lady and
is desperate to learn how to dress.

Tracy, 40, is in a wheelchair
because of a cystic tumour on her spine.
She wants to feel sexy.
Can she stop hating her body
and find new confidence in her chair?

And Clare, 44, lost her leg
after a motorbike accident in 2002.
This active mum-of-three
hates using her prosthetic leg
but without it she says she looks like
a lollipop.
She wants to feel feminine again.

These three special shows
are Produced and Directed
by little Ann-Sheila-little-Wilson.
You have read much
on these pages about her.
Here she is on some of the pics -
working on location.

Gok turns out every trick in his book -
as well as learning a few new ones -
to try to get these women to see just how gorgeous they are.
