Strange old me here.
All sorts going on.
I have been measuring, today,
whether to apply for a couple of jobs locally.
I would like to do something locally
but whatever - it would have to be flexible
to fit my other stuff.
Funny the total freelance stuff.
Always goes quiet before holidays,
after holidays it then kicks off.
February has seen a surge of calls
emails and requests.
The world starts turning again
come February.
Everyone is bespoke.
Every project,
and as you know,
every group containing
unique humans.
You first of all, for all projects,
have to be clear about objectives.
Then it is process - how do I start gentle
before moving to depth to achieve objectives
and a deep satisfaction - by and for all.
After that step, it is what methods to use.
What methods do I use to move forward
at the right developmental pace?
That also must include action and interaction.
What tools/games/equipment/knickers/tights???
The process has also to include several
points of reflective learning.
Each human inputting and in fact,
becoming a lecturer/speaker,
to and with their own group via reflection.
And then it is how to end -
with reflection - with reflection - yes, and
with satisfaction expressed and therefore
re-enforced to themselves.
Midst all this planning
I need to build in extra options.
If a group is ready for more depth
I have a ready option.
If a group is struggling
I need to move more slowly.
Facilitate by using something else.
At the moment I am prepping
three different sessions including
a week-end, a week, a day and
with very different needs and objectives.
All humans. So different.
So my head is buzzing
as well as preparing
to become a Granddad.
