Both aching
too much resting
due to R foot sickness.
All the pain gone
Ibuferon of the menu now
painkillers not needed
swelling down
no need for anti-inflamatory meds.
Exercise needed to get me up and pumping
need to get on my bike.
I am back at my desk tomorrow
then and evening group
then a journey late
to Leicester and dealing with
death/Funeral/sorting stuff/walking into a dead man's possessions.
