Self acceptance of our emotional life



Having a IQ is good.
Having  EQ = emotional intelligence 
is essential.
Not developing our emotional life is like
having legs but not walking on them, exercising them.
Emotions are there to be experienced and used - excised and therefore
develop the use of.

Self acceptance of our emotional life
is the first great step in 
accepting others
valuing other
affirming others
loving others.
