SLEEP out for one night so others don't have to - SUPPORT Romford YMCA

Sleep Easy 2014

Every night people young and old from across Havering and Barking and Dagenham are sleeping rough – they don’t have a choice but you do! Can you give up your bed for one night?
Romford YMCA  is challenging people to sleep out overnight on Friday 28 February 2014 from 7pm until 6am the following morning, to raise awareness of youth homelessness and support our work in the local community.
Participants are asked to brave the cold, sleep in a cardboard box for one night and get sponsored for their efforts in the fourth annual YMCA Sleep Easy! Not only will it be a challenging and eye opening experience, but an evening of fun and entertainment.
In 2014 we are holding Sleep Easy at Romford YMCA.  All money raised from this event will go towards the work of Romford YMCA, including the supported accommodation we provide for over 148 people every night who might otherwise be homeless.
There is a £10 non-refundable registration fee which will cover your entry, along with hot drinks throughout the night and a hot breakfast in the morning.  Sleeping bags are provided – you’ll just need to wear lots of warm layers.
