I am #writing a #book called PADLOCKED
& it includes how we all have a SAFE -
where we lock away #SAFE
our #vulnerabilities = #padlocked !
Trouble is
we lock them away
we keep them 'safe'
and pretend they are not there
BUT
they are not buried dead
they are buried alive
SAFE / but BUT
demanding =
withdrawing
emotions
from your emotional bank account
AND
STILL
KICKING HELL OUT OF YOUR EMOTIONS.
The book will tell stories how BHP’s like you
can release these locked in
your padlocked SAFE!
= hurts/wounds/damage/broken etc
and we can be / become free ……….
