All interactions were from the very present emotional level.
Much time spent to encourage the mind to be in charge.

1 spending Christmas alone
2 No family/long term relationships at all
3 Shifted around by the system - no roots in any community.
Repeatingly telling me
“I HATE CHRISTMAS”.
I love giving presents to those who don’t say ‘Thank you’
We can see a persons behaviour but can’t see their journey”
