Vomiting Expectations - "I HATE Christmas"

"I Hate Christmas"
I spend a lot of my time with humans who make the above pronouncement;
- regularly
- without a question being asked
- just like breathing
- almost like an out-spilling of air
- vomiting  expectations
- riotous violent imagination.

If you have
- no home
- no healthy relationships with family
- no loved ones
- no money
- no energy
- no hope
........ it is just looming life
- coming at ya fast

What can I do alongside these beautiful humans?
What I do do is try to get the stuff out of them.
Better out and horrible
locked in and

I encourage humans - these beautiful humans - to talk and .......
They see
right there in front of them
there are others who
"are just like me"
and the breath expels ........
the same problems - yes.
I am not alone
the issues remain
But a problem shared ........
......... the beginning ................

"Grace strikes us when we walk through the dark valley
of an empty and meaningless life…
year after year,
the longed for perfection does not appear,
when the old compulsions rage within us as they have for decades,
when despair destroys all joy and courage.
Sometimes at that moment a ray of light breaks into our darkness,
and it is as though a voice were saying,
‘ You are accepted.
You are accepted,
accepted by that which is greater than you,
and the name of which you do not know.
Do not ask for the name now; perhaps you will find it later.
Do not do anything now; perhaps later you will do much.
Do not seek anything, do not perform anything, do not intend anything.
Simply accept the fact that you are accepted.’
If that happens to us, we experience grace."
