Sorry I have not been lucid with my blog ......... pressure of time and priorities .......

I saw a man at Liverpool Street Station, London, screaming into his mobile phone SO LOUD that thousands of commuters could hear him ......

TV ..... nothing on ......... until Friday when I can view Rugby League ......

Young Offenders are very talented creative energetic humans who have no other options in their lives .......

It is sad to see emotionally charged humans who are battling with life and seeing their skin show the symptoms of their emotional state .....

Control is a horrible word and the method is used is used by insecure Management rather than work for the development of the person and empowering them ........

Lack of motivation is usually a symptom of Directive leadership ......

Robbie Williams - beautiful Human Person ......... I was watching the TV some time ago with someone, maybe one of the Sheilas, and his touring show was on TV ........... I said at the time that the tour would not complete .......... he looked stressed and not together ........ I was right and he signed into rehab today ............... bless him ......

In Training ............ facilitation is more of an appropriate word because so many humans have experiences that just need tapping and we all learn ........

Late Junction has been in my ears all day today ......... great programme of a wide range of music which stretches the ear taste buds ......... listen again .........

Communication is only 7% words ....... so we need to live it and breathe it .......

A true sense of 'reality' is the place to start .............

We need to kiss scars ...........

SHIELA NEWS::
Joy has flown to S Africa today to work and style and do great things including bringing some cigars back for me ...........
Ann started a new job yesterday and was filming in Bristol and Swansea today, she is a TV Director, and later this week she is filming London Fashion Week .........

Joan's Mum is causing great concern and it is so uncertain what is going to happen .......

AND
I look for positives in the negative .......
Life needs tools in the 'Life Toolbox' .............
We need to sacrifice security for Freedom ..........
Growth does not reside in a place called comfortable .......

"We become fully conscious of what we are able to express to someone else.
We may already have had the inner intuition about it
but it must remain vague
so long as it is unformulated."

I know a woman who is nasty to me
all the time
every interaction

I will be
I will not be
a reactor

There is some deep sense of faith and theology behind this - I must try to understand it sometime.

On my Selection Box 2006, my favourite music tracks of last year, I had three by J. Dilla.
At Greenbelt in the last three years I have been the front man on the wondrous iPod Show.
All three years I have said, and played some great grooves.
I have said that I am into 'grooves'.
J. Dilla had a high profile on the iPod Show - out of my iPod.

J. Dilla died a year ago today aged 32.
If you scan back through my piPod you will find a track called 'Mother' - his Mother speaking about his life and death. Also you will find several Dilla tracks too. I played him and talked about much when I was at the Folk High School in Norway last week when I led a music workshop/iPod Show.

James Dewitt Yancey or Jay Dee, was an American hip hop producer and MC, who emerged from the mid-1990s underground hip-hop scene in Detroit, Michigan. He has had a major influence on so many artistes who have used his grooves to give their song some great sound and feel ....... and I loveitloveit.

Dilla was known as a "producer's producer", and was highly regarded by other better known producers such as Kanye West, and Pharrell Williams (who named him as his favourite producer). A large catalogue of his work, mostly unused beats, remains unreleased, and in some cases have been freely passed around through the internet, impressing enthusiasts and adding to his cult-status. I have some of his albums and there are more to be released - one soon.

You can catch two programmes on 'listen again' radio who featured Dilla this week.
They are there for seven days only::

and

I once asked Westwood, UKs biggest HIP-Hop DJ, if he had met him. I recall he said that he tended to stay in the backgound behind the more up front artistes. That was his musical style too.
Background.
But what a background.
What beautiful grooves.
What beautiful beats.
Rest in Peace J. Dilla.

Grooves in Heaven eh?

Hey ........ thanx for clicking this way - I like that because there are many beautiful humans who don't click here at week-ends ............... I guess they come at me via a workplace computer?

Home after a long day and in time to watch a great Rugby League game on TV. At the same time I was clicking my laptop to check the result of my own team - stink they lost!

Now I am having an evening of leisure .......... maybe I could watch a DVD movie and then slink to bed so tired that I have an empty head so I can start afresh in the morrow.

Tomorrow I meet Ian, my Blobtastc partner, in the New Piccadilly Restaurant/Cafe.
The day will then be over - other than a few hours to catch up a little.

I feel aching in the limbs and in need of re-creation.
I feel::

satisfied
stretched
beautiful
imperfection
determined

I always want to tell you who I am because it is so easy to click about 'activity' and 'thoughts'.
I believe that to tell 'feelings' is much more about the soul.
It is about reality.
And I don't want to pretend.
I will tell you when I hurt.
I will share the vulnerability about this human.
I believe that vulnerability is a strength - not a weakness ... ...... .......

There is so much to explore within ...........
So much to reflect on things without ........

I hope you are exploring the interior self - and the exterior self?
Will you backpack with me?
Can we journey together down the Road Less Travelled?
Red Pill?

The road where growth resides .......

You are beautiful .........

(the last photo?
It is - making LOVE)

MAKING LOVE
........ see one of the photos

(and the book shown - you can buy it from me for £10)

It has been pretty 'full-on' since I returned from Norway.
Feel pretty exhausted now.
Another long day tomorrow including a four hour journey under London- on d Tube.
Feel a depth of significance.
Feel that I am residing in a place called 'becoming'.

Started a new job today.
I want to reside in a place called 'stretch'.
I will tell you about it when I see you ..........

MTV is on the box right now.
MTV2.
I am alone with a beautiful non-human .......... Zig d cat.
Joan has gone north to be with her ailing Mother.
I am just coming around from a surge of tiredness
- these clicks seem to be a release.
YES they are.

I apologise if you have not had a reply to your email
snowed under
It has been snow today in the most of the UK.
Children off school
All airports closed
Me allowing three hours instead of the normal one hour.
In Norway last week - all the roads were slippy.
But everyone has cars with spiky tyres
I don't know a single person in the UK who has such things

I am aware that the 'awareness' journey is never ending.
I am aware that my awareness is deficient
but I don't know in what ways
because I am unaware.
I only know
that the the search must happen
outside my comfort zones.

It is a strange thing
this journey into awareness
wholeness
It an exterior thing
Stretching into the outer regions of Shalom
and an interior thing
Stretching as we journey on another
Road less Travelled
to the depth of our soul.

one can go'

Wheresoever you go,
go with all your heart.

Confucius

A smile costs nothing,
but it gives much.
It reaches those who receive
without making poorer those who give.
It takes but a moment,
but the memory sometimes lasts a lifetime.

None is so rich or mighty that he can get along without it,
and none is so poor but that he can be made richer by it.
A smile creates happiness in the home,
fosters goodwill in business,
and is the countersign of friendship.
It brings rest to the weary,
cheer to the discouraged.
A smile is sunshine to the sad,
and is nature’s best antidote for trouble.
Yet it cannot be bought,
begged,
borrowed or stolen,
for it is of no value to anyone
until it is given away.

Some people are too tired to give you a smile.
Give them one of yours,
as none needs a smile so much
as he who has none to give.
