D U B

My Boarding Card says:: 'DUB'

I lurve the word Dub.
To me it means taking a special line, lick, melody or beat out of a recorded track and then placing it in a repeated groove.

Then, with creativity - distorting, enhancing and adding bass - it is deconstructed and reconstructed to make beautiful music at the hands of the creator.

I am taking the heartbeat out of my visit to Dublin.
I am churning the experience over in the washing machine of my mind.
Reflecting on every transaction, every eye to eye blessing - with beautiful humans.
Every emotion within, every emotion verbalised.

I am taking every image, head video, edits and vivid feelings .......... all recorded in my soul.

Sparkling eyes, shining skin, authentic enthusiasm, communicating faces and openly expressed reflections.
They are all coming back to me and creating a beautiful groove.
It is a dance track.
It has a strong beat.
Strong bass line ............
........... and I feel like dancing ............

you are beautiful Dub humans .................

Why
am
I
afraid
to
tell
you
who
I
am
because
if
I
tell
you
who
I
am
that
is
all
I
have.

D.U.B.

I have feelings
I have journeyed
I have felt
I have dug deep
I have experienced belonging

At the same time
a long thin needle has been inserted into my skull
right through to the brain
a numbing injection
a sense of being numb
but alive
at the same time

but I am tired.

I want to be here
loveitloveit ..........

Dignity

We learn when we respect the dignity of the people that they cannot be denied the elementary right to participate fully in the solutions to their own problems.

Self respect arises only out of people who play an active role in solving their own crises and who are not helpless, passive, puppet like recipients of private or public services.

To give people help, while denying them a significant part in the action,

contributes nothing to the development of the individual.

In the deepest sense, it is not giving but taking – taking their dignity.

Denial of the opportunity for participation is the denial of human dignity and democracy.

It will not work.

Leaning Towers of PipWilson dot com here::

Another day with beautiful humans.
love it

Hard to describe the joy
when humans discover
life changing experiences
and say it
own it
reflect upon it.

Today the humans from my session last week
returned with real life stories
real life powerful stories

They had been putting their new principles into practice
testing
concrete situations
not theory
PRACTICE.

This is an eight hour module
no small fry
deep and churning
demanding concentration
requiring confidentiality
to deliver a climate of trust
to deliver intimacy
to deliver humans becoming ...................

It works they said
stories from the home
from violent situations
from threatening situations
from extremely testing ones.

I cannot tell you the all
confidential
believe me

youarebeautiful

"We become fully conscious of what we are able to express to someone else.
We may already have had the inner intuition about it but it must remain vague so long as it is unformulated.”
