(Touching makes the exercise more real - Motion changes emotion) Then say a word which describes the feeling you experienced. (Articulating feeling makes them less scary - to hide from them means they lay eggs in your soul - and they can grow to bite you inside) This sort of exercise is Emotional Literacy - becoming more articulate and that impacts our Social and Emotional development for the GOOD.
