The Fine Print

To qualify for Lulu FREE Summer Shipping, your cart has to total at least $19.95 in printed book merchandise, but that total excludes taxes. So basically, make sure your books, photo books and calendars add up to $19.95 or more. What is eligible for FREE Summer Shipping? Pretty much anything that’s printed. The exceptions are CDs & DVDs. Obviously downloads and eBooks are excluded too. Since the US Postal Service will deliver your order, we can only offer FREE Summer Shipping to valid US delivery addresses. We can also ship to APO/FPO addresses, but just make sure you use a valid US zip code with your order. Unfortunately, FREE Summer Shipping can’t be combined with any other promotional codes at this time. Just a heads up—canceling items, changing your shipping address, or shipping method might affect your order’s eligibility for Lulu FREE Summer Shipping. If you cancel an item, and your new order total falls below $19.95, the order won’t be eligible for Lulu FREE Summer Shipping. While we don’t have any plans, desires, intentions or wishes to do so, we can change or discontinue Lulu FREE Summer Shipping at anytime. Maximum discount of $19.95.

.... here I am minding my own business, and getting ready to launch my new book tomorrow, and I receive an eMail from someone unknown.

It is a sprinkle of stardust on a welcome soul.

I asked Richard if I could share it and he said YES - hey hey::

The main reason for e-mailing is to say thanks for all the work you have done, and continue to do through Greenbelt (and now the blog). In 1987 I was about to leave home for University, and was quite anxious about this big life change. A friend invited me along to Greenbelt for the first time, at Castle Ashby with a church group, and it was a really significant weekend for me.
I remember clearly spending time in the Rolling Magazine, and the Stinking Late Show, and I think over that weekend my experience of the Christian faith changed, and that in some way I was prepared for moving away from home.
I think your words, actions, and the whole ethos of the festival altered my approach to life, and made me realise how the Christian faith could influence all of your life.

So over the last 20+ years I have been back to Greenbelt many times, and always been challenged, stretched, and refuelled.
It feels like coming home.
Back when I started going along I would not have expected that as a 42 year old with 2 young children I would still be gaining so much from this festival. I have clear memories of the first festival at Cheltenham, when there was hardly anyone there, and thinking this is it, it's all over, no more Greenbelt.
I am really grateful to all the trustees and workers who took so many risks to give the festival a chance to survive and grow again.
My wife, children and I now all go along together to Cheltenham, and have had many special times there.
Thank you Richard - we must have a peppermint tea in London, or Greenbelt, if we can collide one day?

We. TV rugby supporter. Major loss yesterday. No Wembley this year. Gutted

Have revealed yourself to anyone today? If not, have you revealed anything about yourself to your own thought process. I have found the best way is to practice reflective writing. Write. Write. Write.

POSSIBLE SONGS MENTIONED

For Your Love – Northstar ..... Lyrics

Forty-five men
I used to know
Where we grew up
Where I wanna be
Beside you

Every song a precious face
No pretension
To hide yourself from blame

I can’t wait any longer
For your love
I can’t wait
I can’t wait
I can’t wait any longer
For it
I can’t wait any longer
For your love

The birds still singing for you
As they fly above the good land
It’s not a song of discontent
It’s not like that
Up in the sky

Here I am, spaced out
All failed in the northern logic
Guided in the universe
Hey hey

I can’t wait any longer
For your love
I can’t wait
I can’t wait
I can’t wait any longer
For it
I can’t wait any longer
For your love

And a day as it ends
And you watch as the sun goes down
Praying the night
Will go quickly now
Your hope
Your need
And the clouds make the sky alone
There’s only one light that can guide you
Guide you

I can’t wait any longer
I can’t wait any longer
For your love
I can’t wait any longer
For your love
I can’t wait
I can’t wait
I can’t wait any longer
For your love
For your love

Take me to your body
Show me that you want it
You want it
You got it
You want it
Child

Have been to Turin many times in mini-buses full of noisy rowdy 'get in trouble with the police' humans but not there tonight for the big return gig

But playing a mash up of U2 music on my blog for you
to help you to tune in -
turn it up .........

I am feeling sick - the football season is about to start
I am feeling nervous - my team in the semi-for the Wembley Cup TOMORROW
I am feeling mad as usual because the Rugby League coverage in the press is abysmal
I am feeling we will not even get a line or two once that round ball stuff starts
I am feeling excited that the game is on BBC tomorrow at 2pm and it will be tough
I am feeling hopeful that you will cheer for The Saints, it will be a hard fast game - and I will be on my knees before TV.

I am feeling bad because I saw Gil Scott-Heron live and did not blog about it
I am feeling OK really

I am feeling good that I went back to Romford for a curry last night
I am feeling I was careful enough, after my 24h tummy bug, that I eat sensible/no curry sauce!
I am feeling pleased that I managed to meet up with Mr Singh after a gap of 2/3 months.
I am feeling for him. Lots I could say but it would be unfair.
I am feeling that you can click and read about him under Pearls of Wilson HERE

I am feeling good that I can fast forward Davina McColl hey hey
I am feeling that the Big Brother Show is great for my study of Transactional Analysis

I am feeling deep reading my latest book purchase 'Transactional Analysis for Trainers'
I am feeling I want to read and read and take in - I am thirsty
I am feeling reflective all the time, every interaction

I am feeling special because I have been invited to go to S Africa to do some stuff in November
I am feeling all the time. Usually it is the more on the negative side that we notice more.
I am feeling pleased that feelings are going to my brain quicker than ever.
I am feeling that there is a race on to the brain, because feelings travel twice as fast as the thought process

I am feeling regretful that I didn't blog about our Hong Kong visitors when we all went to Brick Lane
I am feeling that the Pipturesques posted were really good.

I am feeling weird because my new book is finished
I am feeling nervous because I don't know how it will be received
I am feeling privileged because Ian Long, my Blob Tree partner, has done all the work to deliver it on time
I am feeling it is good but it will reveal my soul, vulnerabilities, value base and print always leaves you open to the critics!
I am feeling ill prepared for the launch on Monday
I am feeling good it will be on sale at Greenbelt in three weeks
I am feeling excited but jittery at the same time - this book is not just games, Blobs - it is real writing with cracks in .....
I am feeling jumbled up about it ..... but from a positive foundation.

I am feeling that I am taking about my feelings and I also want to know how you are feeling? Even if you don't spill WHY you are feeling these things - it is important to express the feelings themselves .....
