GREENBELT FESTIVAL==========
........ meeting tonight of the Management Group who really pull this major work of art together.
The Festival is the last week-end in August so ...... only one more meeting before the Festival when thousands of volunteers will open the gates to 200000 humans to start on a road less travelled .....
This year the theme is 'The Tree of Life' and it will have so much to offer to so many people who want to enjoy - pure pleasure - but also a chance to open up like a flower to the sun!
I have been going for about 27 years ........ maybe 28?
It is the big experience of the year.
Music, film, dancing, performing, making, joining, meeting, sports, seminars, clubbing .......... art lived out over four days.
You can come for one day - better for the full festival though!
You can camp, stay in a top hotel or many options between the two.
You can come and just hang out with an organic beer - or meet around the Tiny-Tea-Tent .......... or try to catch as many top speakers or bands as possible.
I have been asked to go to Finland - but I will never miss GREENBELT
