...... what always amazes me is ........
...... get the right climate of trust .........
.... and humans will open up, unzip their soul, dig the depths and share stuff which even blesses themselves.

That is why I love group work, groups, trusting interactions, level 5 conversations ......

I am using this quote again and a plea to not scan but drink a little deeper;

So here we are ....... say it/share it and it becomes formulated - more.
I just like that quote - it makes fine sense and lives out in practice.
If I share a deep experience - or thought - or feeling ...... it is a personal experience to learning ........ it is a sort of 'emotional intelligence' kind of learning. Experiential.
It is telling you 'who I am'.
I want to tell you who I am so it will help me to know who I am.
Maybe you too.
Maybe you will start to know 'who I am'.

And it works
- it really works and it blows my mind to see it and feel it.
Behind the next person your eyes lift to look at ........
....... the next person you will see after reading these stumbling clicks ...... there is a human of immense depth and a wondrous journey to discover and travel.

I am excited at the discovery of one human.
At the same time the others around open up too.
It becomes an observed 'level five'
turning into a 'self level five' experience.
So it is first experienced in observation and then turns into a personal experience - yes - for you/for me.

I am an excited boy.
I never want to forget-
I never want to stop experiences like this
That is why I do not want to be afraid to tell you who I am ......... because when I try
when I struggler
when I strive
I ......
I ...... yes me
I learn about me too
That is a truth for us all - seems .....................

The big issue is what I started with ......... the climate of trust.

..................................... there will not be a climate of trust until;
The palms become open-
Human frames lean forward-

Lips become relaxed-
Skin begins to shine-
Eyes begin to shine-

Then there is a climate which I call 'trust' .......
A meeting can stop being a meeting because humans are really 'meeting'.

This is a collection of my favourite music tracks from albums and singles I have purchased during the year.
It has been worked on over 11.5 months and will have 35 tracks ...... some short and quirky because I link the tracks together to make it unique - as you are!
It is fantastic - I must admit.

Hmmm!

Today I was in the Church of Apple.
I went to the new apple-mac shop in London town.
There is a God.
It was like a Cathedral.
All glass and a dozen communion tables around - all with great numbers of iMacs and other delights.
iPod heaven too!!
God is in the house .......
by the way ..... I love that house music tune! 'god is in the house'.

I was in the big smoke for meetings and was able to do;

Saw daughter and beautiful human for a quick salad in Covent Garden near her office - and we talked Christmas strategy!
How does one make a TV programme at Christmas without showing all the Christmas decorations?

Saw Andy T my great friend in the New Pic Cafe .......... what a venue - pray for him and all the family - he has had a big lifestyle/job change and they all need a lift up to the maker.
We talked all-sorts of things including Greenbelt.
Did you know - he is only the third Vice Chairman of Greenbelt EVER.

Home to building disruption and a grrr because my 'Audio Hyjack' is not working at all and this is vital stuff.
It captured my favourite DJ's from radio to hard drive- to iPod so I can commute and enjoy it.

Now this is important and it bugz me.
That reminds me - I have ordered the 'bugz-in-the-attick' album and will be seeing them on the 15th hey hey.

Still full of grrrrrr

U2's Bono has made a pledge to dedicate his life trying to help the impoverished people around the world.

Speaking on BBC One's Friday Night with Jonathan he said that he wanted today's generations to be "remembered for something other than the internet" reports the BBC.

It should be "the first generation to eradicate extreme poverty", he said.

"I want to spend the rest of my life doing that." He revealed that his band mates did complain about his political antics but always supported his causes.

He also said that 1985's Live Aid concert made him realise what could be achieved.

"That day changed my life and started me on this incredible adventure," he said.
