hello from a place called tired.
I am here blogging about nothing.
Because my head is empty.
Been a doing bits and bobs and trying to catch up with real life.
Danabeautiful, from Canada, is here with us and she is partaking in her last day. So I met her in town at 4 ........ she had spent all day walking.
So we went for an afternoon tea without the butties but with a big pot of peppermint tea. fantastic.
We went to the Wolsely which is a fab restaurant on Piccadilly in central London. We started with a glass of Champagne, as you do. (It was totally for Dana - I really didn't care for such a treat!!!)
We talked and talked and it was wonderful.
Then we walked down the street to Fortnum Mason - just for the beauty of it - and then to Hatchards, the oldest book shop in London. Dana wanted to but some John O'Donohue books - sensible woman.
Tomorrow we run her to the Airport and then I turn to changing the world again. I guess it has stopped spinning due to me being distracted ............

tense through expectations
deep through reading and human contact
excited with all the music I have to listen into
nervous but not in a negative way
