Wilson Mansions

I slept about 1.5 hours last night.
I had that dull lead rugby ball in the centre of my chest.
I first had it in 2003 and I had blue flashing lights outside.
I went into emergency and it turned out to be gastric.
I have had it a few times and occasionally, once or twice, and I have missed a gig or two.

I have some tabs from the GP which I can take - it takes about six hours before it goes.
So it was a long night, short sleep, and long day out today.
Long day due to an accident on the Tube network which diverted me and a few thousand humans!

It knocks me out of my stride, this dull pain, and I am useless until it goes.

I am due to go to the Docs for a check up.
Must crack it.
I put it down to working under stress and for years having a gut full of acid.

Not much other news from here ....... but lots of reflections which are jumping around - eager to get out!

Stay forever beautiful ..........

....... and I believe that vulnerability is a strength not a weakness .......
