Help families devastated by Nepal Earthquake
On Saturday morning a devastating earthquake hit near Kathmandu. So far, at least 4,000 people have been found dead and more than 7,000 reported injured. Countless buildings have been destroyed or damaged. People are shocked and scared and in need of your help.
This is the largest earthquake in over 80 years in Nepal. More than 6 million people live in the area affected by the 7.8 magnitude earthquake.
Many families are sheltering in tents and temporary accommodation. Water and electricity supplies have been severely disrupted. In the coming days, getting food will become increasingly difficult. Strong aftershocks continue and are causing further damage and fear.
