I have worked with many groups who have strong feeling raging through their frames.

Some of the toughest feelings are Mental Health related and

........ so many I work with will walk toward an image like this, presented on a projection screen, and stick a sticker where they ARE - how they are FEELING.

AND then some are unable to speak - others stumble out words when there is a climate of trust.

BUT the ones who cannot speak - they are on the road of spilling their feelings - finding some release and way forward - they are on their way .....

1)  What colour are you? Meaning what colour best describes your personality & character? AND what SHAPE are you ?

AND WHY?

* I will always answer with my own reflection first::

I picture myself as an egg shape. 

Bright RED for PASSION because I feel passionate about lots of things and life. 

All over this egg are lightening type YELLOW cracks revealing damage,hurt ,vulnerability. 

I believe that vulnerability is a strength not a weakness.

interesting/gripping
than a closed one
( and some books are PADLOCKED SHUT !)

It is only in a climate of trust
that we two can
flick though our pages
share the images
share the stories
unfolding ourselves
because we feel safe
and so so much more ………
