I said to the person closest to me
- my interior self

"wow - look at that"

I was walking to the station this morning and beautiful full coloured green bush, with loads of red berries on, - hit me with it's beauty .......

About 5 minutes later I walked on a footpath of bright yellow autumn leaves and said
"wow - just look at that ......."

It was an experience of wonder and ............. I walked on with a different breath in my lungs.

Later on the tube ,under the bowels of London Town, I connected with my feelings. I was not reading the Guardian this morning.
It remained in my bag.
I was sitting with head drooped and eyes closed.

Nose full of a pepper pot contents.
Eyes with a watering can in each.
Limp frame of a body.
Brain seemed to be injected with a numbness.
Hmmmm I said to myself - that is how I feel ....... but I had a good day and I think I will be able to finish my French Onion Soup now.
The streaming cold seems to be on it's bike. hey hey .......

Sheila came home tonight as she is working, TV Directing, locally tomorrow.
Reminder or mind jog - her Pimp my Ride UK programme is on Channel 4 (or 5) on Friday night and Saturday too.
We arrived at the Wilson Mansions Railway Station about the same time and walked home to the Wilson Mansions together. She linked my arm and we each talked about our day.
The positive - the negative and the feelings ............. loved it.
Now it is just me, my friends Cointreau and Anders Trentemoller, inside the stereo, and a head full of thoughts.

I cannot tell you much about today. It is appropriate to do that sometimes. I like to tell you who I am and the doing things too - but sometimes it is too sensitive. I do think, however, that the adrenaline has helped me kick the common, so common, cold right into touch.

It is said that you only really love and know five humans in the whole of your life.
Why shouldn't one of them be you?
