I had a bad gut yesterdayI was lying low

Strange to be like that
I know what tired is
but not usually unwell.
Maybe something I ate?
Almost like a pulled muscle
almost like Helicobacter
I had that for bout 7 years
before it was diagnosed and
instantly blasted away with antibiotics.

Now I am in my office for a day
cancelled all my things out today
need to recover
and tackle 277 emails
ALL a build up due to being away.
I was inspired challenged stretched

of being witnesses at their marriage
