See through behaviours to the persons emotional life.
See through anything negative & think about what that person needs::
Emotionally
Spiritually
Relationally
THEN
This a challenge for you.
Spend some time with the person.
Not overkill
Natural contact / conversation
At the right time::
Deliberately share one of your vulnerabilities.
An historical negative experience.
A personal weakness.
A hurt.
Or others of your choice.
(My examples::
I can’t spell ........
I left school with no certificates )
Give it a month
And reflect .....
