Being an Emotion Detective

Being an Emotion Detective is working at being constantly aware of our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, & actions. 

It’s about striving to understanding who we are, how we behave alone or with others. 
Also how we make decisions. 

It’s about developing who we really want to be - versus who we are expected to be. 

It is a non-stop learning job.
Practicing & developing awareness -
how are feeling, how we are behaving, evaluating our communication, our own body language & our own thoughts & behaviour generally.

When I have a negative thought or feeling
I reverse my inner condition to a positive one.

I nail it.
'This is me, not my negative first thought'.
