Teamwork

I lead teamwork training.

When a two or more get together before a meeting and discuss the issues. Then decide an action before the debate with the whole team - it is called PAIRING. It helps dysfunction. It hinders listening, free speech, development through learning from each other and trips up any point of discussion and debate.
Consensus thinking and decision making is out the window.
A team cannot make decisions like that.
So two teams exist or a complete split.
Dysfunction for the tasks in hand.

Quote fro BBC Web-site::
President Sarkozy told French radio that although there were projects on the table, "as things stand at the moment, these projects do not suit France or Germany".
