if I was feeling Melancholy.

No not melancholy
I have been reflectively considering things
during the unsettling period/home move.
When I experience a feeling
I try to examine it
I don't feel this thing all the time
or for a day or so
it is a moment and I grab it because
I want to learn from
every
positive feeling
every
negative feeling too.
It has been a strange time
but now more settled
but I don't know if 'settled' is good????
