When was the last time you felt like one of the two above?
Touch the one you mean.
The very act of the physical motion brings out the emotion.
What was the feeling?
Articulate the feeling because, this act of Emotional Literacy,
will help the ownership of those feelings.
At least write it -
if you cannot speak it.
Owning the the feelings is the place to start.
Now move to considering options of what you can do -
what you can do to learn from the pain caused/inflicted.
Remember that the feelings are all yours.
The behaviour may have been another persons,
but the feelings we feel are all ours.
Emotional Intelligence is learning,
step by step,
how to manage our social and emotional life.
