This is a quote out a book I am reading at the moment - alongside another dozen! I read more now-a-days on my iPhone/on the move/dipping in to a book which I guess/know will scratch my itching.
This one is about emotional intelligence - surprise surprise - but with an emphasis on Leadership.
I don't know if I am a leader now? For my previous convictions I have been in leadership roles for some 40 years or more - depending where we draw the line!
