I post some strange things on here - you may say.
I do and I take risks - like this one.
This one is a moving of the soul
- and has just done that to me.
I was searching for somethong for my current writing/book ....... and I stumbled on this which was me - some few years ago. I was moving again into this one of my strategic yearnings - life principle;
Don't Sacrifice Freedom for Security
I was about to leave my mission/paid employment - this helped me to 'position' and take the right decision at the cross-roads ahead.
Hope you don't mind me sharing this with you ....... as I read it - it stimulates feelings of vulnerability .........

Mission Statement
I will be an effective lover.
I will live to love -
modelled on my developing commitment, understanding and faith in God.
I will continue to believe, behave, and affirm that all individual persons are unique, special and valuable - “beautiful human persons”. I will demonstrate that, verbalise that.
I will live to love myself, family, friends, colleagues and active socially and cosmically.
Assumptions
1. I will be alive, healthy with full marbles in 2004.
2. Financial assets and housing asset will be minimal/nil
3. I will depart Romford YMCA to further employment 5/04
4. Passion for people and learning will remain my need and mission
5. Prejudice and ageism will reduce.
Objectives
1. Find somewhere to live by 2003.
2. Sustain and develop a strategic RY not dependent on me.
3. Save energy to place into friendship beyond Romford YMCA.
4. Gym x 2 weekly and hit 13 stone
5. Decide what employment from May 2004.
