..... have been to a Greenbelt meeting tonight. It was a review meeting following our wondrous GREENBELT Festival in August. If you have never been to the Festival - consider coming and joining us. It is the most powerful experience.
The autumn starts a series of meetings regarding Greenbelt.
It is every August - the last week-end in that month.
Four special days that takes a year and 4 staff and thousands of volunteers to pull together.
Soon there will be a week-end away for the Trustees.
A time to chew the vision and make crucial decisions about the future.
I am up late again. Joan and Zig are in their beds. Me clicking and thinking of you. Having a Cointreau. Not smoking a cigar. Not had one today.
Visit to the hospital tomorrow as a pre check before my eye operation in a couple of weeks time. Not really the eye. It is all about hammering a hole in my nose and fitting a plastic tear duct so I can weep without it pouring down my cheek.
I need to cry.
Also need to see a bit better because these tears in my eyes stop me from seeing proper.

Today - when I wake up - later, it will be 42 years since Joan did me the favour and married me!
Too busy to celebrate - will steal a day next week to have a meal out or something rock and roll.
