You have already
looked at the group
of five on your right.
At first glance
they look good,
all in a huddle.
A closer look
reveals that one is unhappy.
55% of communication
is in the face.
Question to you -
why the unhappy face?
40% of communication
is in the rest of the body.

Look at the eyes.
Eyes are the light to the soul,
the Bible says.
They are also
the biggest pointer,
even more than the fingers!
All the eyes are on one person.
All in communication
with that single person.
All heads are turned that way.
At least one speaking to her/him.
The unhappy Blob
is included in the hug
but feels something.
The Blob is in the circle
but has one foot back.
Maybe wanting to escape?
Feelings are signals
and we decide what to do
with the signal
if we have developed
our emotional intelligence.
There could be several
reasons/signals/feelings
which are inside the Blob.
What could they be?
The Bob could be jealous
of this attention being given to another.
There may be a previous agenda.
Maybe a relationship upset.
Maybe an argument.
Maybe a feeling of inadequacy -
or lack of self esteem.
Maybe having a bad day.
If you were a member of that group,
what would you do to be a
helping friend
as the group breaks from the circle?
I can think of several -
but you may have different,
more appropriate one.
