Decide quickly
which of the Blobs,
on the right,

is you at this moment of time.

Place a word to the feeling
you have inside.
(Happy or Sad not allowed
because all could come under
these two headings)

If you have selected a physical feeling,
look beyond that to your interior you.
Name the feeling by
saying it
or better writing it.

If you have done that - it is the first step
in practicing Emotional Literacy.
Like all awareness's and skills,
they need practice.

I encourage you to keep a journal
Diary or feelings-mini-book.
Looking back you will see
the journey you have walked.
Doing this, also,
makes contacting our own
feelings more concrete.

With those feeling word/s
think of
one positive action to take
and
one negative action.

Now you are making a decision
out of the signals coming into your gut.
(FEELINGS ARE SIGNALS)
You will choose POSITIVE.
By choosing - you are choosing life.
