The person I am today
is not the person you may know
from yesterday
or the last time we met.
Someone said that I am not my usual self.

I felt that I was not on top form
and pumping.
There was a wee spark missing
and I was not firing
on all cylinders.
So approach me with a sense wonder.
Yes it is me.
A different me today.
My journey has influenced me to change.
I will try not to wear a mask when with you.
