BHP's keep asking how I am following my Prostate Cancer diagnosis - and I appreciate your good wishes.

I feel pretty ok but ....... stuff is going on inside. 

Almost my normal self.

No real 'side effects' as yet although I seem to have more fatigue - one on a long list - but no hot flushes or depression etc..

It will be March before I know how the Hormone Therapy is working. 

They tell me there is no cure but the treatment will hold back the cancer to stop it multiplying.

I am on monthly injections - my second one next Monday.
These injections are for the rest of my life .......

I am still working and ready to launch into the new year.
