I observed
a little family
two adults
one little child
turning inwards
almost surrounding the child
looking inwards
not engaging
with the happenings around them.
I believe they were feeling insecure.
I understand that.
I feel for them.
Behaviour observed::
When we feel insecure
we turn inwards
look to
narrow band
cut out
broadband.
Transpose that to yourself?
When did you last do that?
Why did you do that?
Not condemning self -
understanding behaviour
self and others.
Look around you.
Next time you see that -
clock it
and if you can
without oppression,
be a person of security.
