.... and love to meet up in Brick Lane for a curry with friends.

There was eight of us - only Gordon and me not on the Pipturesques here.

Gordon - a trains fan. The trains which are transport - he loves them. I found out more about trains in five minutes than I have in a life-time. For me they are just a schedule on my iPhone.

Gordon - Famous for signing Bros, Deacon Blue, Martyn Joseph and many more.

Great to have Emma and Matt. Regulars and such good curry friends.
Ross with out Bonnie and Zachary I am afraid.
Maybe he can be released from the breast
by the time of the next curry.

And Steve with us after missing a couple due to the ugly incident he was involved with.
He looks pretty good.

Emmo who starred in a pic on my blog a few days ago. We were calculating it was from 1986/7 when the Rolling Magazine Crew went on a tour which included Crosby his homeland. He is still raving about who he would like to see at Greenbelt.
Always keen to get Michael McDermott back - me too.

Then there was Joan and me.
We missed our friends from
Norway, US and Canada and South London!

Why do I love these events?
I love the eating and free flow
conversations.
The fun and profound.
The tired faces.
The fresh faces.
The news
the views.

When we move
"don't know where
don't know when"
(A little song from Vera Lynn)
We will be as keen as ever to get to Brick Lane.
Feeding the
soul
friendships
and a nice curry
top agenda.
