.... the usual Tube line I travel on came off the rails today.
I was somewhere else I am glad to say.
I understand that six carriages derailed right under London during rush hour.
I was on that line yesterday and it is a sweat bucket. Packed. Rammed. Horrible.
When we stopped for a short delay yesterday, the train driver announced it would only be a minute or two "so don't pull the emergency switch ......". It is quite an experienced being rammed together in close proximity with strangers. Heat mounting - air diminishing hmmm
Today there must have been some panic considering the recent bomb incidents. Poor humans.

As we all know = each human is unique.
(and I believe beautiful).
Also = each group is unique and I never fail to be surprised HOW different.
Some of the groups I work with I cannot blog about.
Others I do and pipturesque them too.
I used a clip from Big Brother in Training today - and a clip from the UK pop Soap called 'East Enders'.
so many times on ...
BIG BROTHER ....
... there are humans in the diary room and Big Brother asks them how they are feeling ...... and they say what they are thinking ......
That happens all the time in groups. I strive to encourage them to dig deep into their chests and contact them there feelings and name them. They need a name or they knot you up.
So many - I ask them to say how they are feeling - and they tell me what they were thinking
what someone said to them.
So often the people who I meet are disturbed by their own feelings, which are the major factor influencing behaviour, and yet they struggle to make contact with their feelings.
Make contact with their own feelings.
Their own interior.
Their own soul.
It is only when we start on that journey of interior self discovery - that we start toching our own feelings.
Then we can start to understand them.
'Where' they come from.
The triggers to our words and behaviour.
See ourselves and the bits we don't like.
and and get to know, and love, the human person who you will be spending the rest of life with!
Some humans are full of fear at the thought of entering into that scary place.
The Interior self.
Often it is an uneasy place to be - the act of disturbing a comfortable human - when that person is your self.
Keep the mask on - keep the mask on hide hide hide hide ....... if it is ugly for me - it will be for others and I need to keep up the 'front' - the mask.
The truth is ..................
You are beautiful
you are beautiful .............
and from that understanding - we can have a peek inside and manage the process - the journey because you know you are loved.
(If you have trouble with this last bit - I love you and I will always be open and confidential with you - try not to let you down (I never say 'never because I am beautiful AND imperfect like you).
So - if you don't have that eternal lover fixed in your soul - confidence - self worth ........... talk about with some other human.
I believe there is another human in your life who you can take the risk to share with?
That person will be human stumbling ....... but we all are ........!
But if you know you are loved - you can enter into the darker side of you - pull down the mask - eyes wide open - deep breaths - 'own' the imperfect within your whole ......... because you know you are loved.
The greatest human person to get to know .....
Is Yourself ...........
