.........hmm ....... a trip out to Samis - a Greek Restaurant in Camden Town ....... big old London.
Met up there with Joy and her man Peter (the Greek man himself). Also Joan, who had been out shopping with Joy. Ann was working late locally and the plan was for her to join us but ...... editing film again!
We sat at the narrow, know room for the knees,and watched Sami peeling potatoes and making real chips - and then came the ever so real lamb chops and kebabs and hmmmmmmmmmm piles of salad. All that was following a never ending supply of starters and Greek red wine hmm.
I wish this special place was closer.
If you are ever in that location - give yourself an authentic treat - it is just like home without the washing up!
