.... that one hour programme was on UK Channel Four TV tonight - with Ann Wilson as Producer Director.
You can grab it online somewhere if you missed it. Quite wholistic it seems to me - even though it sounds dodgy.
It is about building confidence and feeling ok about yourself rather than a diet or a slimming type programme.
It has been said that this one was the best in the series .................... and a Father likes that ........
Joy is giging again .............. not exotic this time .............. she is working in a studio for a week in Manchester.
Just had a great telephone conversation and she sounds real good .................. no-doubt that the other Sheila will 'phone later when they have finished their wrap party!
Had a great day today ................ just listening to Late Junction, a programme I captured last week ........ had a good day today.
Today it has been something I have never done before.
It was an attempt to get humans to exercise .................
............. exercise their faith or understanding of faith.
Called 'Face to Faith' it was a group of humans telling their connectivity with various faith communities, groups or individuals. It was fantastic as an experience. It was a about a time slot for each person in turn, each with an assisted opportunity to walk through their life from birth to now. All about telling about their contact with faith and any impact during life.
One human had a Father who was a Moslem and a Mother who was Catholic. It was a beautiful deep drink of life experiences which is too big for words. I was left, still am, with lots of feelings of privilege ................. just to be there.
There was humans from India, Ukraine, Africa and various UK places.
