I have been out for about 12 hours today and four of those battling with the interior of the London Tube trains .. .. .. ..
STILL recovering from the strikes yesterday which hit me in a different way.
So here I am - sipping a late night Cointreau with a v small cigar ............. hmmmmmm
Just about unwinding after a meal with Joan and a catch up .. .. .. .. .. with the TV on mute.
I have a prep day tomorrow - and have had a good day today.
Cannot always tell you what I have been up to.
On Friday we travel to Bournemouth for a wedding and we have booked into the hotel for two night and treating it as a break as well as a delight at two beautiful humans coming together .........
Paul McConnell is the focus (shhh - I cannot remember the name of the bride but - I will swot up on that so I don't have to ask her her name at HER OWN WEDDING !!!!!)
Paul was a young Trainee in my last job when I was a community leader for 18 years - now I am a group leader and lurve it!
He did so well and matured by being involved in increasing responsibility. Now he works in Bournemouth - beautiful human.
I must post one of his articles when he went to Bulgaria on a one year placement - wow was it great and tough ..........
The it is full on all the way through to middle October when Joan and me have booked three nights in Marrakesh hey hey. Pure holiday!!!!
But the reality of the day is ...... I am a bit dead headed until tomorrow when
I will pick up the remnants of my life and blast away hey hey ...........
