I am been churning the miles of underground London and Rail network this week and neglected all other things including a logjam.
My inbox has repeat emails from some wanting an answer so ............ today I need to get back to the beautiful humans at the end of those emails ................. and if you are one - forgive if your soul does that sort thing.
If you cannot - just hate me like I guess you do everyone else.
I find that the unforgiving forgive NOBODY
not even themselves.

I know where to ask for forgiveness and I regularly say 'I have cocked up again - and I am responsible for my own in-actions ..........................' and

then
I hear a little voice in my soul saying

and I take a deep breath and walk on.........

Walk on Wilson.
So I am on catchup today and don't have any big gigs gripping my soul in a steel clamp.
Long before Myers Briggs told me about my personality traits - I knew that I drop everything to focus on anything 'humans' - and all other things slip out of the Wilson frame.
I have another start of a course on Monday -so ................... so Sunday will be feeling that steel clamp again.
On Sunday too::
.............. we have a 6 x crew out on the town.
A meal out in London - late lunch ...........
Little Sheila, the one who is filming a TV programme today in London town somewhere - she has a birthday again .......................... seems to be an annual thing.
By a miracle
all the men

can be there................. wondrous.
I still feel a buzz from yesterday and need to reflect::

same one twice!
I never recommend a movie, album, restaurant, holiday destination ............. but I must say that this down loadable talk by John O Donohue rocks my boat - feeds my soul .......Imagination as the Path of Spirit
