IF we are not disclosing our feelings
we are hiding them.
We can so get used to hiding them
THEN
we get used to being a different person
than we really are
to people.
Only being who we really are
when we are on our own
*thought life
*last few minutes before we sleep.
We can only become fully aware
when we share ourselves
with another person/people.
I am not trying to push you into feeling vulnerable.
BUT we all do feel vulnerable
when we share proper.
BUT we can get used to being real with others.
We can learn this stuff.
BUT we have to take the first step......
The trouble often
that those around us are like us.
Not sharing anything deep/inside/concerns
unshedtears.
