For 30 years - Other than the last five years, since I left community leadership, the Senior Leadership Team had the first hour of the weekly Staff meeting to culturally transpose some great words from the good book into contextualized application on the ground - for ourselves - for the other beautifuls who we worked with.
Breathe.
That was a long sentence - like most of me, incorrect!
I believe in working at the transposition.
Working at the application.
Doing the stuff.
Living the stuff.
Passionizing the stuff.
