Reflections on my Ireland experiences - love it (as a summary).

I didn't know anyone when I came here to Ireland.

I guess that often happens in my sort of work.

I am invited and correspond with a stranger to ensure I know the context and the objective and - here I am in a centre with such beautiful humans who are willing to take risks for their own development.

I have two travel days - fly Monday and Saturday and then the rest of the days I am engaged directly with these humans. Pleased to say many are young humans from several countries. Growth does not reside in a place called comfortable so I stretch them with experiential exercises and loads of small groups/reflection/and feedback to the whole group.
Active participation. Everyone contributing. Everyone offering their unique selves. Knowledge, perception, life experience - I am amazed and blessed by their ability to observe and offer analysis which is way beyond my own.

I just love being with them and having long all day sessions.
Such a great climate of trust.
Great learning for us all and highly motivating for me too
More MORE to come as I have only facilitated for two days and it feels like I have been here a week!!
