Greenbelt’s new CEO: Beccie D’Cunha
Greenbelt is very pleased to announce the appointment of its new CEO Beccie D’Cunha. Beccie starts in post on 3 June.
Beccie is former Director of TCM Group, a management company specialising in mediation and leadership in London, where she has a background in product development, sales and management.
During her career, Beccie has worked in both private and not for profit sectors. A trained and experienced mediator, she has also campaigned on the arms trade and Israel-Palestine, amongst other issues. More recently her work has taken her to the West Bank to support NGO’s and staff in the United Nations.
Beccie is passionate about the arts and the role they play in shaping and transforming communities, nurturing faith and provoking activism.
“I am delighted to be taking on the role of CEO of Greenbelt. It is exciting to have the opportunity to lead such a visionary and inspiring organisation as it enters its 40th year. In the many years I have been attending the festival, Greenbelt has inspired and shaped my own values and creative development, and I am really looking forward to joining the team.”

I’m very excited about the work Beccie will develop, with Creative Director Paul Northup and the team, growing the the organisation’s presence and creating spaces that provoke, inspire and equip. Beccie brings a blend of skills and experience that are just right for Greenbelt.”
