Love is a journey I am on &
I experience it to be everlasting ........
I go on about it because it is about me -
my internal wondering / pondering
my BECOMING
Accepting self
Loving self can seem/feel/self centered
I still struggle with this concept/belief.
I think it is because of our culture?
or because of our humanity?
You Are Beautiful.
You may have heard me say this
Bumped into my written affirmation of your beautiful?
As I travel I ask::
'Do you feel beautiful'?
and almost everyone says NO !
I also ask
'Do you believe you are beautiful'?
A few - only a few say - YES
So I believe
(from my research !)
that most of our population have a poor self image.
Have not accepted themselves -
mainly because of their known weaknesses & vulnerabilities.
In my value system I can now say
' I am beautiful'
uncomfortably speaking.
I think it is important that we start to wrestle with this
and continue - because my own experience tells me it is a journey - ongoing.
I can only suggest that we all work on it together.
VULNERABILITY is a strength not a weakness..
